Securing your INSIGNI piece
Each INSIGNI piece is one-of-a-kind and often secured ahead of completion. Our process allows you to reserve a piece and complete payment in a way that aligns with your timeline.
At INSIGNI, we provide a simple staged payment option designed to offer flexibility while maintaining fairness.
A piece may be reserved with an initial payment, followed by up to two further payments over an agreed period (typically up to three months). Once the final payment is received, the piece is prepared for dispatch or collection.
Many of our clients are preparing new spaces—whether a self-build, renovation, or simply refining an existing home—and choose to secure their piece in advance.
As each table is unique and may be held exclusively during this period, all payments are considered a commitment to purchase and are therefore non-refundable.
Storage and care of reserved pieces are included within this period. Extended storage beyond the agreed timeframe may incur a small holding fee.
